Very impressed with the scheduling time and quality of work from Deep Roots. We had numerous estimates done, and Deep Roots definitely offered the best deal which included a complete demo of our old deck, hauling off of debris, and brand new construction with an extension. We had a great experience working with Deep Roots!  Don't let the low price fool you, their quality is top notch!!  Chris was immediately able to envision our goals of the project which made him so much easier to work with. The inspectors complimented the quality workmanship and how Juan and his crew went above and beyond. During the whole process we felt the Deep Roots team was very professional and had great attention to details.  They were prompt and efficient with their work. Melissa ensured the quality and look exceeded our expectations.  Chris,  Melissa and Jeff were great at communicating with us so we always knew what to expect. Our project was fairly large at around 500 sq ft of decking which includes a 220 sq ft screened in covered porch. With a project this size, we expected hiccups along the way but Melissa and Deep Roots went above and beyond every single time! Undertaking a large deck remodel—950 square feet across two stories—was a huge investment and something that initially felt quite daunting. I’ve been burned before by contractors, so it took time to find a reputable and trustworthy deck builder. I am incredibly glad I ended up choosing Deep Roots.  Chris and Melissa were a fantastic team to work with. They were patient, knowledgeable, and generous with their time, thoughtfully answering my many questions and helping me feel confident throughout the entire process. Their crew—led by Juan— consistently showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in their work. Melissa also worked through stair design questions during the build, enabling on site adaptations to ensure the final product was exactly what I had hoped for.  Equally impressive was how smoothly everything ran behind the scenes. Deep Roots handled all logistics seamlessly, including material deliveries and prompt removal of trash and debris, making the entire process stress free for me as a homeowner. If you’re looking for a company that combines excellent craftsmanship, strong communication, and true professionalism, I highly recommend Deep Roots. Deep Roots did a great job taking out my old deck and installing a new one. Very professional. They worked with me as I tended to make changes from the original plan and estimate.
